So simple, so easy. Put in jars with a pretty fabric top,. typed out directions and give to neighbors and friends at the holidays, or put in a basket with the other ingredients needed( Add a candy cane which can be crushed and added to the mix for Mint Chocolate Brownies )
HOMEMADE BROWNIE MIX
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Put mix in mason jars.
When ready to bake, add: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan
